Roy Wong is the leader of the pack, has a sharp eye for opportunity and loves a good game of badminton. Afterwards, a plate of Hainanese chicken rice wouldn’t hurt.
Roy is the Executive Director and co-founder of DC Alliance. He is responsible for overseeing the overall business development of the company and formulating the company’s strategic decision and expansion plans.
Roy started out his career in the Regional Equity Markets Division of Merrill Lynch (Singapore) and progressed on to its Private Wealth Management division. Thereafter, he co-founded Archer Capital Pte Ltd and served as its Executive Director, a company that provides business and management consultancy services. Since 2005, Roy has been successfully managing his personal investments and has been involved in private businesses, start-ups and pre-IPO companies in various sectors and countries.

Ben Chan is a technology leader with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges. Ben specialises in enterprise infrastructure, network security, and remote IT operations. With deep technical expertise across platforms including Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, HPE Aruba, Juniper, and HPE/Lenovo server and storage solutions, he delivers secure, resilient, and scalable IT environments that support business continuity and performance.
Complementing his technical expertise is a Master’s in Business Administration, equipping him with the ability to align technology initiatives with broader business objectives. This dual capability allows him to bridge the gap between operational requirements and strategic goals, ensuring technology delivers real business value.
Outside of work, Ben remains committed to continuous learning and practical problem-solving, whether exploring new technologies, supporting peers, or simply enjoying time outdoors. This balance of curiosity, professionalism, and technical depth defines his approach to every project he undertakes.

Christopher has worked with other members of the DC Alliance team over the past 11 years, helping to bring DCA | PIER to fruition.
Over the past 30 years, Christopher Foo has built up extensive experience in the telecommunications and data centre industries, leading to his current role as Information Technology and Network Engineer for DC Alliance. His skills and experience include virtualisation, database connectivity, and software and IT support. Christopher has worked with other members of the DC Alliance team over the past 11 years, including being actively involved in building and delivering an Uptime Institute certified Tier III data centre in Perth.
